Equipment    
Mini hurdles
Instructions
   
Stand in a semi-squat position with your feet shoulder width apart. Using a big arm swing and counter-movement of the legs, jump forward over the 5 hurdles.
Key Points
   
Minimal contact with the ground on landing. Recruit your core stabilisers throughout.
Progressions
   
Increase the distance to jump or use single leg.
