What is a 'Fitfile?'
FitFiles are supplied as Adobe Acrobat pdf files. Each Fitfile contains a specific collection of drills with guidelines and images that you can choose from to devise sessions or programmes for yourself or your team. Most drills have accompanying images, but not all. Scroll down for Fitfile FAQs.

To purchase a Fitfile
Click on the button next to your chosen Fitfile to enter the webshop page for the Fitfile. Simply select 'add to basket.' You may add as many Fitfiles or products to your basket as you like .
